Parthasarathi brings with him extensive expertise spanning nearly 30 years in areas such as Assurance, Distribution business, Telecommunications, Advisory, Startups, and Turnaround. He boasts a decade of experience as a C-level executive, including his tenure as Chief Financial Officer in Various national and International Organizations.
As a Founder and Director of Pushan, Parthasarathi leads the practice, leveraging his profound knowledge and has been responsible for Due Diligence Preparedness, Preparing organizations for IPO with regard to Accounting and Secretarial process streamlining, debt syndication, private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, first-time implementation of Ind AS, cross border accounting, implementation of cost control's and setting up of robust MIS systems. He has also successfully implemented corporate restructuring plans involving international jurisdictions, encompassing taxation, corporate law and foreign exchange regulations.
With nearly 10+ years experience in the Healthcare industry he has been instrumental in P&L Management, implementation of Financial Systems and has been involved with M&A Activities, Due Diligence for PE and IPO preparedness.
